Response times are estimates and may vary based on circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timeframes but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting services, respond promptly to our communications, verify your identity as requested, notify your bank of the card retention incident, and follow any instructions we provide for secure card delivery or pickup.
Service fees are listed in Australian Dollars and are due upon completion of service. Fees apply regardless of whether card recovery is successful, as they cover coordination efforts and attempted retrieval. We will inform you if additional charges may apply before proceeding.
You may cancel a service request before we begin coordination efforts for a full refund. Once we have initiated contact with ATM operators or service providers, cancellation fees may apply. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, damage to cards that occurred before our involvement, unauthorized card use that occurred before retrieval, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
